Senior UX Designer

Overview

Drive product design across our enterprise platforms — owning the work from research through high-fidelity delivery. You'll partner deeply with engineering and consultants to ship interfaces that hold up under real workloads, on real client teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Run user research and synthesize findings into clear product opportunities.
• Translate complex workflows into clean information architecture and interaction models.
• Produce high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes that are ready to build.
• Maintain and evolve the design system in close collaboration with engineering.
• Advocate for accessibility, performance, and content quality across every surface.

Requirements

• 6+ years designing complex enterprise or B2B SaaS products end-to-end.
• Portfolio that demonstrates research depth, IA rigor, and shipped craft.
• Mastery of Figma, prototyping, and modern design system practices.
• Track record of partnering with engineering teams to ship — not just hand off mocks.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.
